[FIXED] Dryer heats up then stops heating Applianceblog ...

2011-8-3  When using my dryer it will start tumbling then the gas ignites and the dryer heats up and upon feeling the vent it is very warm....Then a few minutes later it stops heating and just continues to tumble... I can hear a noise as though it is trying to ignite but it won't.. does this every couple minutes.
